RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 7 days after the date of delivery to request a return. You will have the option to receive a full refund or a store credit. You may exchange an item of equal or lesser value. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you nor a refund or an exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For International Returns all the same rules apply, except shipping is covered by the customer.

Please ship your package insured and pre-paid via your preferred carrier. We cannot accept responsibility if uninsured.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days or according to your bank timeline.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 days and will need to be thoroughly inspected by our team. Exchanges are only applicable if it was a manufacturing defect.

If we do not have your item in stock, which may be the case due to our exclusivity of pieces. You may exchange it for something of equal value.

Depending on where you live, will determine the time it takes for your product to reach you. It typically takes between 5-7 Business Days, but it may vary.
